We were on a road trip through the American Southwest, planning to spend two days at the Grand Canyon before heading to Los Angeles, when we unfortunately got a flat tire on the front right wheel of our rental car. Our rental company contacted this auto repair shop, and we came in right away. Although Lauro already had a full schedule of customers to take care of, he kindly asked us to wait and stayed after closing time to repair our vehicle. A huge thank you to Lauro, who was outstanding from start to finish. He replaced the damaged tire quickly, showed us exactly what had caused the puncture, and took the time to inspect the rest of the vehicle. During his inspection, he noticed that all four tires were heavily worn and strongly advised us to contact our rental company to discuss a solution before continuing our road trip. Concerned about our safety, he also rotated the front and rear tires to improve the vehicle’s handling and make our journey safer. We especially appreciated his honesty, expertise, and the time he took to explain everything clearly. Thanks to our insurance, we didn’t have to pay anything. I went in for repairs on my car and Devinn dealt with Silver rock warranty for me. He referred me to the local dealership for repairs. He is the best. I really appreciate him for all he does for the customers thank you Devin

Our vehicle broke down on our way to another town and ended up being towed to their shop which wasn’t expecting us. After call from insurance went to call center which wasn’t forwarded to them. They were surprised but let us leave our vehicle there tell they could look at it on Tuesday. They found the problem and got our vehicle back up and running. They were nice and fast with what had to get done.

Saturday morning I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9am. I am driving through the area pulling a camper and my front brakes started grinding. Booked a campsite so I could be there for the appointment before I hit the mountains in utah. At 6:30 pm sat night they call me to say they messed up and had to cancel my appointment...too late to find another place for Monday. Now I'm stuck and will have to start calling around first thing Monday looking for any available mechanic so we can continue our trip. Last time ever doing business with pep boys.
